All ALBA Jewellery pieces are handmade to order, so please allow up to 6 weeks for production.

In the case of Bespoke or Custom Creation pieces, longer lead-times may be required and will be advised by ALBA based on the design requirements of each piece.

Alba jewellery is handcrafted in 9ct & 18ct yellow, pink and white gold and platinum. A select number of our unset styles are also available in 925 sterling silver.

We prefer the natural hue of White Gold. The raw colour of white gold has a warm grey cast, made warmer by a very soft yellow undertone. White gold that has been rhodium plated to give a 'Platinum' look will wear overtime, removing the plated surface and exposing the natural colour beneath. Plated white gold requires replating over time.

All ALBA jewellery is made using 100% recycled metals. Our metal supplier uses metals refined from reclaimed sources such as jewellery & silverware (as opposed to mined sources). Recycled metals have the exact same colour, molecular properties and alloy composition as mined metals.

ALBA stones are sourced from both local and international suppliers. This varies depending on the nature and rarity of the stone clients are looking for and the supply available.

Yes. We are committed to working with gemmologists who only work directly with their stone sources and are not involved in funding conflict. Our expert providers ensure their stones to be conflict free and comply with the regulatory systems in place to prevent the trade of conflict diamonds.

We can either provide you with an online personal showing or arrange a time to meet with you at one of our beautiful collab workspaces.

Bespoke and Custom Creations clients may also opt to use our 3D print service (See more details on our Custom Design Services page).

All ALBA ring purchases come with one complimentary ring resize within 3 months of your purchase date.

We are happy to resize ALBA rings at cost if your complimentary offer expires or has previously been used.

- As all our designs are handmade and made to order; please choose carefully. There are no refunds or exchanges given for change of mind.

- Custom designed, personalised, special order pieces, rush orders or items received as a gift are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

All ALBA Fine Jewellery products are covered by a voluntary manufacturers warranty which guarantees against any manufacturer's defect in material or workmanship for the first 12 months from purchase. Please note that this does not cover neglect, abuse or normal wear and tear. Care must be taken to ensure your beautiful piece lasts the test of time.

- Shipping Insurance - ALBA covers your item for insurance from dispatch to delivery.

- Home Insurance - Yes, once your piece is within your care we recommend insurance for most of our jewellery. We recommend you explore Qreport.com whose policies are specifically designed for jewellery.

- Your piece is insured by ALBA from dispatch up until it is delivered into your care and signed for by you.

- All national orders are shipped complimentary via Australia Post Platinum Express service. Signature is required on delivery. The Australian Post network offers a next-day guarantee for this service - but please allow exceptions for delays that may be caused due to COVID or exceptional circumstances such as extreme weather events.

- You will be contacted with a tracking number for your parcel once your order has dispatched.

- Door-to-door delivery by registered courier can be arranged by request. Please note an additional cost may be charged to customers for an order(s) dispatched via registered courier service. Please email us at info@albafinejewellery.com for a quote on door-to-door service.
